Ryoko Komatsuzaki

Ryoko Komatsuzaki serves clients in the firm’s Consumer Sector. She has extensive experience advising clients on leadership recruitment both on a national and international scale. Her vast experience range from luxury goods to fashion, consumer goods, entertainment and hospitality.

Ryoko held executive positions at several prominent global search firms to assist international companies in growing their business in Japan. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she held a leadership role with a search firm, where she managed the retail practice in Asia. Earlier in her career, Ryoko was an advertising executive for bothDentsu and Saatchi & Saatchi Bates Yomiko and was Managing Director of Lets Go Australia, a corporate travel company based in Australia. Ryoko earned her M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Southern California and her B.A. in linguistics from International Christian University.
